To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with pkr8, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
pkr8 may request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Each individual may hold only one pkr8 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact email address and Pakistani mobile number. You undertake to update this information promptly should any of it change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr8 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pkr8 immediately via the support channel. pkr8 will not be liable for losses resulting from failure to secure your login credentials.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting pkr8 support. pkr8 reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving fraud, breach of these Terms, or unresolvable KYC failures. Any real-money balance remaining upon closure (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after identity verification is completed.
All financial transactions on the pkr8 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr8 supports a range of local payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20 for cryptocurrency transactions.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. pkr8 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment network.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account has completed KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal amount does not include active Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements; and (c) the requested amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold for your chosen payment method. pkr8 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours on business days. pkr8 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket (including PSL, ICC events, and bilateral series), UFC, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are subject to change. Once a Wager is confirmed, it is binding. pkr8 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances of obvious pricing errors, feed failures, or events declared void by the relevant governing body.

The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel. pkr8 does not manipulate game outcomes; all results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG).
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay or a live betting event, pkr8 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly based on available data at the time of failure. pkr8 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only as required by law, for payment processing purposes, or with licensed service providers operating under appropriate data processing agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr8's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
pkr8 is not liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of winnings resulting from technical failures or connectivity issues beyond pkr8's reasonable control; (c) actions of third-party payment providers; or (d) any losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their Account credentials.
The pkr8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkr8 makes no warranties — express or implied — as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the absence of errors, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
